Bought a Jeep Compass 2020 certified pre-owned with 13 miles on July 4th, 2020. Since then there have been 3 changes of the radio, which used to turn off on its own. the auto on/off system stopped working miles on July 4th, 2020. Since then there have been 3 changes of the radio, which used to turn off on its own. the auto on/off system stopped working 2 times and the check engine light came on at the same time. All of these issues were fixed under warranty. It makes no sense as this car its supposed to be almost new and shouldn't be having these issues in less than five years. As per my last visit, the service department was supposed to fix the check engine light, the auto on/off service with stopped working, verify the radio replaced was the correct year for the car as it had been changed at other dealer, and change the oil. from these tasks the day I was called to pick up the car as it was ready only the start/stop service and the check engine were fixed. the radio was never verified. instead they replaced the rear camera, and the oil change was done as I waited because it wasn't done on time. Made an appointment, drove up from Key west, left vehicle. could not get a call back , find out anything for a week, drove back from key west , vehicle not looked at. I took it. I hope trust there will be no more of the same kind of problem with my jeep. But – seems unnecessary to bring the car in first for diagnosis then order the part and have it take four weeks before I get my problem with my jeep. Suggestion: diagnose the car and if it is still drivable as in my case, but the owner of the car back while you wait for the pork to be delivered. Unnecessary expense to for you to pay for weeks for a rental car for me. More

The service advicers are always very honest with the waiting time but the do always and the service advicers have always treated me great respect... This last time I had Hugo as my advicer and he was the best yet.. This man had me serviced in the fastest time ever. The oil change took less then 30 minutes. #boom #Hugo More
