I went to this dealership after Jeep Recommended them. I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with corrosion issues after only 15k miles. This issue is well known and covered under warranty. Today my jeep has been in the Body Shop for 2 months. Tey just can't seem to get it right. The first time I want to pick it up it looked like the Jeep had been painted with a spray can by an 8-year-old. Dirt and bubbles in the doors and hood. Even better they Scratched my front drivers side fender bad! The second time I went to pick up the Jeep I had been told it was ready, and I showed up on a Saturday. Turnes out they sent it back to the body shop again and never bothered to call me before I spent over an hour round trip going to the dealer, not to mention standing around for 30 min at the dealership because no one there could even figure out where my car was. In the beginning I had a rental which the dealer only covered for 10 Days, then I had to pay for it and wait for Jeep to reimburse me the money. I gave the rental back at Christmas since I would be out of town. Upon coming back I was in the hospital for 10 days. I have now been out of the hospital for 12 days and still no Jeep. I am disabled veteran going through cancer treatments and have been forced to take and pay for Ubers to get to appointments because my car is still at the dealer. The lack of Communicaton from this dealer is astounding. I would say they return or answer about 5% of their customers calls. Jeep corporate itself is not very responsive and has been little help. Most of the information they have provided back to me I already know. Do not service your vehicle here. Do not buy a product from stellantis. It's evident why jeep sales are down 45% and the CEO has stepped down. I have never experienced such poor workmanship/support from any other car manufacturer I have owned. I want my car back fixed correctly! Maybe some of the local News stations may be interested in my story. Even today I spoke with the service manager, and I had hopes it would come back today. Now 4PM is coming around and still no info or update if that is going to happen. You should be ashamed of how your customers are treated! More
Almost everything was great, expect the attitude and lack of assistance by the people that bring back the vehicles after service. They were all just talking not really doing anything and got visibly annoyed of assistance by the people that bring back the vehicles after service. This was very disappointing especially after the quick and great job Hugo Monterroso and the service department did. More
I arrived for my 730 am appointment at 645 and he actually stopped doing what he was doing and took care of me early so I can get to work on time.
