They have fraudulent billed work that was never done and lied about my vehicle needing this. I only took My jeep for oil change and rotation of tires. I picked up the car the same date and was told that lied about my vehicle needing this. I only took My jeep for oil change and rotation of tires. I picked up the car the same date and was told that I could not get a receipt because your computers were down and that they will email it to me . After so many days and phone calls, finally I received the invoice and after reviewing it I found that the date of pick up was changed to a week later and they added miles I’m guessing to justified the fraudulent repairs that was added. The service advisor Jonathon Prieto, together with the mechanic billed AC condenser air conditioning unit and both batteries etc , it was reported to the general manager Carlos Rodriguez . We are still waiting for him to correct my invoice and carfax history to be removed from record. Manager Carlos Rodriguez Informed that Jonathan Prieto will be suspended as a result of stealing from dealership. As of today I am still waiting for the Invoice to be corrected and carfax history and also the service advisor still working and not suspended as I was told . More
I waited close to two months in order to get an appointment. Once my vehicle was ready, I waited an hour for the porter to bring me a car that was full of mud, both on the outside and inside. I will say that the service advisor offered to have it detailed but I had already been waiting more than an hour just to pick up my car. More
Lack of communication, and not being on top of things. Overall terrible experience. We were lied to about when the car would be ready. No one ever called me. I had a terrible experience previously and thought.Maybe it had changed, not the dealership, but it has not. I will make sure everyone knows not to bring their vehicle there. More
