Also we needed to go back to re sign finance papers - as Ernesto told us he forgot to get some paper signed but I noticed after leaving we had signed for a higher interest rate - which was not disclosed to us at the time… that’s very poor practise !! The Service department is a scam, they charge for parts then they never put them on they tried to put the wrong battery in my Truck it’s insane / please don’t use this service department, they are unethica then they never put them on they tried to put the wrong battery in my Truck it’s insane / please don’t use this service department, they are unethical and lying and tried to refuse printing out a receipt for me on stuff I paid them for??? It’s literally insane and they’re super incompetent and have no education past 5th grade - I have written to the FTC a complaint as well to hopefully this service department being investigated for charging for auto parts and then literally…. never putting them on the vehicle? Drive to Doral for serve and don’t deal with these Swamp Scam bags More
