This dealership was very dishonest from the first day of me purchasing my Durango. They lied that the A/C was not having issues on the day of purchase and that it was just the computer that needed to be res me purchasing my Durango. They lied that the A/C was not having issues on the day of purchase and that it was just the computer that needed to be reset; that that was the reason the A/C was not cooling. The A/C stopped cooling within 3 days of purchase the vehicle again. I took it back in a week and they took a week to diagnose the problem. They told us that on the first day of purchase they put dye in the A/C that way it would be easier to find the leak next time. So they sold me a car with A/C problems which they lied to me about. They had to order a part for the A/C and it took another week to get in. So now I’m 2 weeks without my BRAND NEW Durango. They took 2-3 days to fix the vehicle and on the Friday of the 2nd week I was going to go pick out the Durango but was told that I needed to “work with them on the timing of picking up the vehicle”. They said the vehicle needed to be detailed I told them it did not need to be detailed I could do that myself. But they insisted that they needed to detail it because it needed to look the way it did when I bought it. I told them no I’m going to pick it up. So they hung up the phone on me and called my boyfriend and told them that they “scratched my Durango in their shop. They sent us a picture after we told them we wanted a picture of the scratch. The picture they sent was not just a scratch. This was damage to the left lower corner of the front bumper. The bumper was damaged and paint was gone. So I spoke with the GM of the dealership on that Friday and he told me that my vehicle would be done that Monday. So that Monday evening came and I texted the man that was supposedly helping me and I told me if my vehicle was done and he proceeded to tell me that it was not done that the “scratch needed to be fix still. I told him that the GM told me it would be done Monday afternoon. Then the man told me that it was not going to be done that they were suppose to talk about it on Monday. So during their whole time of this dealership having my Durango I had to call multiple times and text multiple times to get any updates. People would tell me they would call back and never did. Horrible customer service. So Wednesday came and we texted them and they said that it was in the body shop and then we texted back when would it be finished, no response. So I called the dealership on Friday morning of the 3rd week and spoke with the GM again and told him how pissed I was with buying a BRAND NEW Durango from them that had A/C problems and now DAMAGED not even by myself. I owned this vehicle for almost a month and only had it in my possession for a week. So finally the GM got the service manager to call me and they told me that the body shop would be done on Saturday maybe but for sure Monday on the 4th week. I would not recommend any to purchase any vehicles from this dealership due to the dishonesty and poor and xxxx customer service. They were very unkind and rude. I live 2 hours 30 minutes from this dealership and I was back and forth. They were going to hide the damage on my Durango and not even tell me. The only reason the told me is because I told them I was on my way to pick up my Durango and they got scared. That is unbelievable. I wondering how any of their other customers they do this too and that they don’t even know that they are being lied to. I will make that all the people I know personally and not personally to not do any business with Kendall dodge chrysler jeep ram. More
