Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Took my brand new Jeep for bad air conditioner that was blowing hot air, took approximately 20 days BEFORE it was looked at, all that time was just parked at the dealership Once it was time to get looked a blowing hot air, took approximately 20 days BEFORE it was looked at, all that time was just parked at the dealership Once it was time to get looked at, the part needed to get fixed arrived and it took them 24 days total to receive my Jeep back. The following day I notice a rattling noise coming from the dash as if there was something left untangle when the air conditioner was fixed, making very uncomfortable noises, I communicated with the service department advisor and for him to tell me instead of getting the car looked at right away, I needed an appointment for that issue I did not caused. Appointment was made 2 weeks from that conversation when it was available and its been a full week going into two weeks since my Jeep is at the dealership once again and STILL NOT LOOKED AT. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with in Jeep for their long waits in their service department and not able to enjoy the vehicle that cost me sufficient to drive. I will be making a formal complain with corporate Stalantis on this matter as this is my 4th jeep in 10 years and it will be my LAST ONE. More
