As usual Service Manager Jose Lopez and the wonderful team members at the Service Department at the Kendall Dealership went out of their way to accommodate me with the recommended 60,000 mile service int team members at the Service Department at the Kendall Dealership went out of their way to accommodate me with the recommended 60,000 mile service interval on our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. Keeping pace with the maintenance on our Vehicle is very very important to us as we travel once a week to the U. of Miami Sylvester Cancer Clinic in Coral Gables from Marathon Key. My scheduled appointment was on July 25th with Jose arranging the appointment for 7:30 AM with the Technician David Caballero reporting earlier than the regularly scheduled time technicians report for work so the 10 items listed on the service list could potentially all be completed by no later than 2:00 PM. The time to finish the service was very important as I needed to pick my significant other up from her cancer treatment. The service was completed by Technician David by 1:00 PM. at which time David and Jose showed me the worn out parts that had been replaced brake pads, air filters etc. I was very impressed with Technician David’s patience, ability and professionalism in explaining the issues with the parts replaced and the other services he performed on various components. Jose then took over explaining the cost breakdown, printed my invoice and took me to get checked out by Maria and I was on my way by 1:30 P.M. to pick up my significant other from her cancer treatment. I would be remiss if I didn’t comment on all the nice associates that took the time to chat with me and my dog Max as we waited. As always Paula Bean and Carlos in the cubicle next to Jose always take time to speak with me but I met two other associates that also made my wait pleasant. Sales Professional Sina Heydarian and internet sales Jordon that I don’t know his last name. In closing, I notice the Dealership has a tag line motto card on every Service Associates Desk that indicates “WE VALUE YOUR TIME”. As a longtime loyal customer I believe all Associates at the Kendall Dealership believe in this mission statement motto. More
