Service manager accompanied me in car and heard noise. Returned to tech. Struts were replaced under warranty. A rental car was provided for several days at no cost to me. Appreciated the excellent service provided by the service manager and follow-up by Hailey Jackson. More

No appointment times available I called the dealership tis morning for a service time to learn the soonest I could get my vehicle in was 4 weeks out. I've had to wait a couple of da I called the dealership tis morning for a service time to learn the soonest I could get my vehicle in was 4 weeks out. I've had to wait a couple of days before at other dealerships but not a month. The dealership should consider expanding your service area or hire more service technicians. More

Great experience We went in looking for a new car 6 July, Jonathan was a big help. Only downside is we told them dont need tags about 5 times as I have disabled vet tags, we were told not to worry about it and we would get a check. My husband was called saying tags and registration was in, now Kendall Ford is trying to figure it out. Not even a week (12 July) later check engine light came on, my husband took it on Saturday to be looked at and no one was certified to use the computer for the fault code. We got the car back on Thursday 18 July and the front floor board was dirty, it should of been vacuumed before we got it. Saving grace is we did have a loaner from the dealer. More
