Had vehicle towed in due to crank no start issue. Explained to service advisor that started the process what was going on. There was a "low fuel" alarm on the dash and it would do this randomly. Was assured the truck would be looked at within the next few days if not by early the following week. Called for update and left voicemails with no call back. Four weeks later, finally was emailed by Brian Stamford stating there was an issue with the fuel system, and they had to look into it further. Two more weeks go by, and they stated the battery distribution junction box is the issue, and they would fix it for $8,000.00. When asked for a formal estimate in writing, was given a breakdown for parts and labor at a new total of $9,265.00. When asking why there was a large price change, Brian couldn't give an answer. Was informed it would take 5-7 business days to get the part and then another 2-3 weeks before it could be worked on. Made the determination to take the truck back as the time frame was long enough at 6 weeks with no work done to solve the problem. Upon looking into the issue, found a few corroded relays and fuses in the junction box. Spent 6 hours to disassemble and clean the box. Replaced a few relays that were more corroded then the rest and haven't had an issue since. More

The only negative was on my part in not asking for a better deal for the windshield and undercoating since this is a very tiny car (Mazda Miata) and the cost should have been reduced. Well it was a used car when I got home I looked to see if it was winterized the bumper right side was loose. Not sure about the thorough inspection now. Took are vehicle in for repairs and found out it was more than we thought. Our warranty company had to come out to inspect the vehicle to confirm the damage to see what they would cover. That inspection was done, we had to keep calling to found out if the inspection was completed. After 2 days finally confirmed that the inspection was completed and they were now ordering the parts and that would take a week. Understand that as we live in Alaska. Called on Thursday to talk to our service rep and was told he was not available and left a message. My wife went in twice that same day and was not able to talk to him as he was out to lunch or there was nobody at the service desks. On Monday I went in because I still had not received a call back. When I went to talk to the service rep and told him that I left a message for him on Thursday, he pulled the sticky note from right in front of his computer monitor with the date of 8/17 @1235 written on it and all I got was I am sorry. The lack of respect to call your customers back is mind numbing. This is not the first time we have had this communication problem with the service department. The service reps are always busy and NEVER call you back. You have to spend your time to go into the business to speak to them in person to get any information. Horrible customer service and the wait time to get work done is weeks out. More
