When it was finally delivered--as a 2024 and not the 2023 we'd ordered--he made sure that we paid the lower 2023 price, even though the 2024 had more bells and whistles. Paul worked with us and he did a good job. I was not happy that they tried to lower the value of my trade-in below what it was worth. I had to leave without a deal. They texted me the next day I was not happy that they tried to lower the value of my trade-in below what it was worth. I had to leave without a deal. They texted me the next day that they would reconsider. They did provide me with the amount I felt my trade-in was worth. The only other issue was the hard sell for the accessory products. I had to continually say no to them and they kept trying to sell them to me. Overall, not a horrible experience but could have been better. I love my new truck. More
