The service in fixing my car was good but the hoops I had to jump thru to verify that it's my car and that I was the original owner was terrible. According to the list of documents, I had 4 out of 5. But they were sooooo insistent on having only one paper regardless of the list. Mind you, that one piece of paper was last on the list, as in low in hierarchy of documents to verify the owner. I think they need to learn how to read and comprehend what Hyundai as a whole puts out. I can read and comprehend 4 languages. And I still would have had 4 out of 5 documents that she could have picked from without the 5th paper if it was translated to isiZulu. More

Service updated my system due to recall sat Sept 14 wo24 now key fob not working also fixed rear view camera. I had no calls no updates from service coordinator had to question why it took so long today triple a opened my car manually drive it to 157 and ys 1 spent $29.00 for battery which did nothing. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at this location not even offered water what has happened to the service dept at this location.?????? .the person I was working with last name never texted me never called in sat was Mazze 5 hours. Nothing. Today he replaced my battery and chg me$20.00. plus say and today 3percent for using credit card. Horrible horrible customer service. I still need a extra key but my finance person was too busy to take care of ordering one disgruntled customer. More
It took so long to repair my a/c. It took a while for a loaner car too! I finally got one. Hello As of now the vehicle feels good to drive after i left the vehicle second time whilst recent servicing. But I would have to highlight my "not so good" experience from the past two services in a row. left the vehicle second time whilst recent servicing. But I would have to highlight my "not so good" experience from the past two services in a row. One was around 3-4 months ago where the front radar cover in black wasn't tightened well and it used to fall whenever I would drive. Also the tail gate (trunk door) height wasn't getting adjusted automatically and it was a fuss handling it manually when opened. The second bad experience was recent when the struts in the wheel were forgotten to be fastened/tightened and I drove the car in the same condition which was really a major blowout in terms of car wheel safety and most of all -the passengers safety. This is when I had to report these negative experiences as I didn't get a valuable service at your place. Highly unsatisfactory service . More
