I asked about getting a loaner car but there were 8 people on wait for one. I asked again on Friday and I got the same excuse. I get my car back on Saturday and it’s still dirty. I would have thought it would be washed and cleaned. I noticed there are some scratches on my steering wheel. Nothing massively big. But still noticeable. Mechanics seem careless being inside someone’s car that you end up scratching it. Every time I go to this dealership it’s a mess. There is truly no sense of customer service. Just trying to get the job done. More
