Not the best experience. My car was at the dealer for 3 days. I asked about getting a loaner car but there were 8 people on wait for one. I asked again on Friday and I got the same excuse. I get my car back on Saturday and it’s still dirty. I would have thought it would be washed and cleaned. I noticed there are some scratches on my steering wheel. Nothing massively big. But still noticeable. Mechanics seem careless being inside someone’s car that you end up scratching it. Every time I go to this dealership it’s a mess. There is truly no sense of customer service. Just trying to get the job done. More

Sales person (Rob) was outstanding, You do not have the right name below, so I can't rate him. He's a five. Fortunately, I can do math in my head and recognized the errors. That should not have happened. I do not like the forced "Kendall Advantage." Further, it is grossly inappropriate to have a signature situation that requires people to stand for about an hour to see the paperwork. It was horrible! I am 72 years old with knee problems. They wouldn’t able to tell me the anything. I brought my car to Hyundai service to see what’s wrong with it, since it’s a Hyundai. The told me the same thing Aiuto Zone told me. We put it on the computer and it’s giving us a general code. Auto Zone was free and Hyundai charged $400. They only used the same computer Auto Zone has and charged me $400 for diagnostic. They gave me a starting rate when I dropped my car and when they called me, she said, we don’t know exactly what’s the problem because it’s giving us a general code and it could be anything. Every time I have to go to the dealership for service there’s a problem. I was coming back for my routine oil change as the car notified me and the service agent tells me I didn’t bring the car in time a there’s a problem. I was coming back for my routine oil change as the car notified me and the service agent tells me I didn’t bring the car in time and the free oil change that comes with my lease in no longer available. Now the car had just prompted me that I need the oil change. I example to the agent that prior to this visit the car had the oil service due on and I came in and I was told the car was wrong and I needed to come back. They were nice about and reset the service, which is why I’m bring it in now. He went on to tell me “I don’t know who helped you but you missed it and it’s no longer available”. Is this what you call customer service? I am always calm and after I explained what happened he was not willing to help me. I had to escalate the situation and talk to a supervisor. After a moment after speaking to him he understood and was willing to help. The agent did not apologize and just took my car for the oil change. Not only did I get an oil change that day, I needed a new tire and I also got an alignment, which is not cheap. My car was down by the end of the day and the car was given back to me with no car washed, and noticed when I got home that my leather tan chair on the driver side was stained with oil. This is just one of my main experiences. I always try and go there with an opened mind. But taking the car in for a regular oil change in my lease is always a problem. More
