I scheduled an appointment online and they didn't have me listed on their sheet of appointments. They did, however allow me in, which I appreciated. That is a little too long, Their coffee pot in the waiting room had yesterday's cold coffee and a fresh pot was not made until 9:30am. I had already been there over an hour. I only docked them a point because their staff was professional and accommodating. They provided an interpreter because I do not speak Spanish, so it was hard to build a rapport with my service person. I gave a rating of 4 stars, but maybe it should have been a three. More
