Unprofessional, did not have the part that was needed to complete a repair that was on recall but did not let me know until hours later so i had to inconviniently find ride from the dealer to work and back complete a repair that was on recall but did not let me know until hours later so i had to inconviniently find ride from the dealer to work and back to dealer to pick up my car with no repair and was told to come back another day once the part came in. I should have been advised that the part was unavailable from the get go to avoid the inconvinience. I will be taking the car for the recall repair to another Hyundai dealer where I hope to get better service. More
