Nicholas Maza should get a raise. He was the only one that answered my questions. When he went on vacation, no one would return my calls. Someone called and told me that they would have to Exchange my loaner. I told them my car should be ready the next day. They never called back. I called again they told me they would find out and call me back, they never did. I called a third time be for closing and they told me that the manger would call me back. Two days later I physically went there and asked what is going on. The parts came in two days ago and you still don’t have my car ready!! Again Nicholas Maza was the only one that took my questions and replied to me. He definitely needs a raise. More
