Humberto is supposed to be my service "advisor" They took in my genesis gv70 to diagnose. Took 2 days to diagnose. And they couldnt fix it. ( did not provide a loaner car in the meantime) The car broke down again the same they i picked it up, called them and ask them to pick it up and they said no. I had to drive in limp mode at 30 miles an hour for 2 hours to get to the dealer. The diagnose the car again and thel me the fix is gonna take 3 days. They do not provide me a loaner yet again. It has been 7 days and they dont reply to calls. Occasionally they reapond to a text message saying they dont know when it will be ready. In the meantime im stick without a car and no answers. More
Avoid Kendall Hyundai service department! I have been trying to schedule my car for service since January. Each time I call I’m told that a service rep will call me back. I finally get fed up and take my car in and I’m told I can’t leave it today because they’re in the middle of switching systems. I request to speak to a manager and I’m surprised. They “schedule” me for a valet service but guess what? No one calls me to pick up my car on the day of the valet service. So, AGAIN MY CAR HAS YET TO BE SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE!! We have two Hyundai’s from this dealership but since the service department has been so poor, we’ll be considering another dealership when the time comes. More
I'm appalled at my experience with your service center. We met briefly on Monday when I ask to speak to you regarding dropping off my car, which I was being denied because of a change in ownership, but yo We met briefly on Monday when I ask to speak to you regarding dropping off my car, which I was being denied because of a change in ownership, but you authorized it after establishing that I had an appointment. Since Monday I've called your service center many times and as of today I've not heard back from anyone in your facility, and have no idea what the situation is with the car, except that you don't have the part needed to fix. I've reached out to Genesis USA for help and they also inform me that they've not heard back from anyone in your service center. I've lost faith in the Genesis brand, and hope that anyone who's considering a Genesis as their next car will think twice after reading this, or consider taking their car to your location. I know it's very difficult for you to understand, although every other word uttered by someone there is "I understand", but being a senior and having difficulty getting around, is not easy having to miss my doctor's appointment and unable to run my daily errands. I look forward to hearing from someone who's able to give me an update. More
