I have gotten over a hundred advertisements for kendall subaru since then, between my email to my online activity. Advisors flat out refused to provide the managers email so i could deal with them directly. Multipoint inspection was not very thorough and left out important details that were more pressing than my obviously cracked lamp assembly. If you get a recall notice take it to your local trusted mechanic. At least then theyll tell you the details when you pick your car up. More

The consultant was friendly, helpful and not pushy, He listened to what I had to say, answered my questions and gave me good advice. I spent less than I expected and it was a very pleasant experience. It would be great if I could have the same consultant next time. More

When we checked in Monet was fabulous to work with got recall orders set up (for some reason they weren't in their system, glad I brought recall notices we had received) and they got the care done (including rotating the tires) in less time than projected which worked out for my wife's other appointment very well. My only issue was the online appointment schedule didn't have what we needed to get done therefore I had to call and wait for service representative 10 minutes. More

very professional, honest, and customer friendly. My 2017 Forrester has 22,000 miles on it. Great car. love it. Picked my German Shepherd up after major surgery, she is all doped up and out of it. Need to stop at Albertson's. Come out of the store and my like new Subaru won't start. Dead battery with no warning. Call the Subaru National roadside service. Help is there in about 30 minutes. Car starts with jumper cables. Take my dog home to my wife's loving care while keeping the Subaru running, thinking I'll get to the dealership to drop it off and take a cab home. I get to the service door and a young lady comes out B4 I can even go in. Takes my info and says they will get right on it. Less than an hour later I am on my way home with a new battery (Under warranty, no charge, dead cell) and an oil change with tire rotation, etc ($67.00). No appointment at busy dealership, no problem. Great service, Love my Subaru. More
Quick and complete service This dealership offers oil changed at no cost to the customer, PROVIDING the car was puchased at their dealership. And mine was. There was a quesrion when i purchased the car about when the oil had been changed. Surburu said to take to the dealer it was purchased from and ask them. The result was they purchased the right filter and whatever else was needed and let me know I had two more free oil changes coming. How can you beat that? Polite. Caring and work done right. More
Disappointed Took our subaru forester in for a recall notice on the passenger airbag. We arrived and hour early for our scheduled appointment. The customer service person said it would take about 4 hours (till about 3:30 to 4:00) before our forester would be ready. We left and had lunch, returned to the dealer around 2:30 and at 4:00 we asked the customer service person when our vehicle would be ready. He checked and said they hadn't even get started on it and it would not be done that day. Their excuse was they were just too busy that day to get to it even though we had scheduled an appointment. We were flabbergasted at this news especially since we live and hour and half drive from the dealer. They did give us a loaner car to drive back home and our forester was ready in the morning the next day. The dealer needs to either make sure the customer service person was following guidelines for dealing with customers and if he was, then the dealer's guidelines are lacking. Not once did the customer service person approach us, during our wait, to give us an update or let us know the service on our vehicle would not be completed that day. There seems to be no communication between customer service and the service technicians regarding progress on repairs. More
