This is one of the best auto dealerships we have ever purchased a new vehicle from in more than 80 years of buying cars. We felt no pressure from anyone to purchase our new Forester or any of the various add-ons that they inevitably try to get you to buy. We were treated by everyone, especially our primary salesman, Nick Self, with respect and courtesy. We even received a 2+ hour tutorial from a nice young man, Carson, who is extremely well-versed in the subtleties of our Forester and went way beyond reasonable expectations in providing us with the details we needed and answering all of our questions. We felt grateful to have such a positive encounter with Kendall Subaru, and will be using them for our follow-on service needs in the future. More
After spending over $800 on breaks and the parts for the breaks, 3 months later they were grinding with almost no pressure from them. We returned, told them the problem we were having, we left the car there breaks, 3 months later they were grinding with almost no pressure from them. We returned, told them the problem we were having, we left the car there 10 days while we were in Mexico, went to pick up the car, we were charged almost$300 more, and here we are today, breaks are still bad, literally bad, dragging & grinding and we feel broken emotionally after spending so much money, and still having good problem. We are hurt & feel very disappointed with this experience and will never return. My wife bought 2 brand new cars from them, the 1st in 2018 and they always took such good care of us in Maryville, we spent about a year after purchasing the 2nd New car in 2021 in Spokane. So they took care of the car and did just fine, then we felt after almost 4yrs, let's get the breaks done, took it to their new store on Smokey Point Blvd, and that's when we were taken advantage, because they didn't fix the original problem with the breaks, then preceded to charge is again and we are still with the problem! It just hurts... More
If you bring your car in for maintenance or an issue, make sure you give as much detail as possible and that they write it down, no matter how annoyed they seem at having you there :) I came to pick up a make sure you give as much detail as possible and that they write it down, no matter how annoyed they seem at having you there :) I came to pick up and the dash light indicator for my issue was still on, which makes me worried they didn't actually run any diagnostics on the car as part of their maintenance package. So I had to wait around for them to finally decide they had to do more work on the car (and leave then come back again). I do know they rotated my tires though, because the front tire I said was losing air is now one of my back tires... Still losing air (even though they said they patched a tire). They also removed my car insurance plug in, said it was in the car (it wasn't) so I had to go through re-enrollment in my insurance program to get a new one. So, anyway, I guess they did something? More

Pleasant and easy to have our car serviced. Everyone was helpful and accommodating from the service Rep to the mechanic and those assisting. The service representative who did the intake and kept me informed was polite and ensured I was kept aware of any changes in the service. The dealership is very clean and comfortable.
