I purchased a 2018 Tundra at this dealership and also purchased the extended warranty, and the "Platinum (PNP)" service contract together with "Ding Shield" and Car Care Service Plan. I was told by the purchased the extended warranty, and the "Platinum (PNP)" service contract together with "Ding Shield" and Car Care Service Plan. I was told by the salesman that this warranty covered any manufacturer related problems with the paint as well as any dings or scratches to the size of a golf ball or credit card, and any issues with the leather - whether fading, scratches, discoloration, un-sewing of the seams, etc. I took my Tundra to the dealership and was told that this dealership no longer has a body shop and cannot help me. I was told to call the Toyota 1-800 number to get the paint issue resolved. This was not helpful, because now I have to take to a Toyota dealership in Florida City to determine whether this dealership will honor the warranty sold to me by Kendall. I called the the service department supervisor because they are refusing to honor the warranty on the leather interior - to fix a small abrasion on the leather on the steering wheel. The supervisor did not pick up his phone extension, and I have called 3 times at different times during the day, because I am at work and cannot drive there - because they have my truck. This is no way to treat a customer. More
