I am going to start saying that I have been leasing my cars, every 3 years, at this dealer, since 2007. I have never experienced such poor customer service and even abusive treatment, as the one I experienced today June 26, 2022 by one of the managers. His name is Andres. I assume the motto of "the client is always right" does not apply here anymore. I was called and offered a good deal because my lease is going to end soon and that was the only reason I went. Instead of helping me, he was trying to trick me, charging me for mats that was not even in the car and rising the price of the car despite I told him i knew the car's price was less. When I asked him to low the price to the right amount, he said with this words and with the rudest tone: "I can low the price, but I just don't want to." I understand the dealer can do that, but I don't think a client should be treated that way.
I did not know this dealer had a new owner that does not work to help the clients anymore. The dealer is always going to seek revenue, I am not naive, but my prior experience there was totally different.
I don't like to sabotage anybody's job, but this person should not be working with customers, less representing an institution with a manager's title. He is mistreating the clients, using a rude and patronizing tone.
