The service time and the attendant was great. The problem is there could be a better way of picking up your car at the end. I buy my car here at this Kendall Toyota dealer they charge me for a warranty and service and when I take my car to service and warranty they say it's been canceled so I asked him why you cancel they sa charge me for a warranty and service and when I take my car to service and warranty they say it's been canceled so I asked him why you cancel they said they don't know this time and forge my name and took the money for themselves and cancel my service so I asked them the different back my money they say okay they will send back my money one month pass and they still did not give him back my money so when I call him they don't answer the phone when I try to speak to the manager to hang on the phone because then forge my name and took my money so now I have to take them to court to get my money back this car dealer need to be investigation for fraud forgery and plus all illegal people working there More
