I would have given 0 start but not an option. Bought a used Corolla for my son. During the test drive the AC was cooling but not well. They told me while I did the paperwork they would "re-charge" the AC. Well, within days the car was making a horrible noise at every turn. The AC was useless. Took it to another Toyota dealer. Well both front axles were garbage. They told me the AC COULD NOT BE RE-CHARGED as the compressor was dead. And the rear axle beam was bent and the wheels could not be aligned. Afterwards Kendall Toyota would put me on hold indefinitely every time I called and asked for the sales manager or dealer manager. This happened consistently over 30 times. I had to call Toyota America to get a manager to call me and basically say they sold it as is and tough luck. Bottom line, is they are liars and scammers. I cannot believe Toyota even lets them use their name. STAY AWAY!!! More
