Today, the dealership guy helping me was obviously trying to upsell me despite me telling him in very clear language that i was only here for what is on Toyota's published maintenance schedule. He kept actin to upsell me despite me telling him in very clear language that i was only here for what is on Toyota's published maintenance schedule. He kept acting like he was agreeing with me and using language that made it seem as if a $400 spark plug change was a part of scheduled maintenance. I had to look it up online and show him. When he finally got the picture the bill went down to $60, and it was that much because he gave me an unnecessary oil change. This crap is infuriating and i am not a xxxx idiot so i hope i don't have to deal with this next time. More
