This dealership has amenities that are appealing to me as a customer. The waiting area is spacious and well lit. The attendant was friendly courteous, friendly, and professional. Sales person, Andres, was expetionally good. Dealership seems to be understaffed and decisions/approvals takes a long time becuase Sales managers are overwhelmed, As a result, The whole purchase process to seems to be understaffed and decisions/approvals takes a long time becuase Sales managers are overwhelmed, As a result, The whole purchase process took almost four 4 hours!!! The dealership need to rethink their processes in terms of flowing from Sales, Finance, Car prep, Insurance verification. So, bottomline is, if you don't mind wasting 4 hours, go to that dealership.
