Joseph was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions and showed me different Toyota models multiple times. He worked hard to bring down the monthly payment for a lease which I so appreciate! I happily walked away with a 2021 Toyota Corolla. I would give Joseph a 5/5. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The dealership I would give a 4/5. I was at the dealership for 5 hours. I already knew the model of cars I was interested in and had a ballpark idea for a price. 5 hours included a lot of waiting around. The viewing of the car, discussing prices, and signing did not take long at all. Also, some individuals were not wearing masks or had masks pulled down below their noses. Just a heads up! More
