Hi, I was attended immediately upon arrival. The waiting room had the appropriate distance between seats, and hand sanitizers located everyone. I was out within 2 hours and they even washed my car. I recently bought a 4 Runner from sales person Edgar at Kendall Toyota and when I got home I notice a knit on the paint, after calling and getting transferred multiple times with no response for weeks I ha Kendall Toyota and when I got home I notice a knit on the paint, after calling and getting transferred multiple times with no response for weeks I had to take a week off from work to deal with it, my wife actually told me don't take it back for a knit on the paint that you can't barely notice because they may actually do something to it, so my hard head because I feel this is a new car it needs to be perfect, so I check the car before taking it just in case and aside from the knit the car is perfect, the only one that handled the car driving it was Edgar when I took it back to put touch up paint, when I got home there was 2 small deep knit on the other side of the back fender of back tire. Called everyone and nobody can solve the problem now this will cost me $$$ out of my pocket to fix since nobody got back at me. Terrible experience buying a car from Kendall Toyota. To customers please check your car before buying it and don't buy it at night. More
