Extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment at 12:30pm and was given a 90 minute wait time. After two and a half hours had gone by I called back his personal number he reached me on earlier after droppin and was given a 90 minute wait time. After two and a half hours had gone by I called back his personal number he reached me on earlier after dropping off my car and his child answered the phone and let me know he was at work. I then repeatedly called him through the dealership and was not able to contact him. When I returned to the dealership at almost 3 hours later to ask of the status of my car, I was told it was ready. After leaving the dealership was when I received the text message to let me know that my car was ready. Again, extremely unprofessional. More
