Yo compre una Toyota highlander 2019 con 0 millas cuando llegue a mi casa todo el forro dentro del capo estaba roto unas mangueras mordidas y el cover del motor aparentemente un animal lo causo. La decepcion fue grande pero cuando regrese al dealer le presente el problema a un manager que su nombre es Alejandro Rabelo el senor no deveria tener el puesto de manager de un dealer como la Toyota. Lo primero que me impreciono fue que el senor ni siquiera se disculpo para empezar, luego quiso pedirme que regresara el lunes pues era domingo y otro manager intervino y le dijo que el departamento de servicio estaba abierto so el me dijo que cojiera el carro y lo llevara yo ,mi respuesta fue como que lo lleve yo si los que comensaron haciendo mal su trabajo fueron ustedes que no inspecionaron el motor de mi carro antes de venderlo ademas si yo huviese tenido un accidente esta conversacion seria otra . Entonces un manager llamado Alcenio vio que ese senor no estaba manejando la situacion profecionalmente y comenzo a ayudarme a partir de ese momento todo fue mucho mejor el pidio disculpas en repetidas ocaciones y tambien hizo todo lo que estuvo en sus manos para que nos sintieramos bien . En mi opinion es triste que dos manager con tan grande diferencia de servicio al cliente ,de amabilidad , he incluso simple simpatia humana puedan tener el mismo salario y lo peor el mismo puesto de trabajo .
