In buying a used car at Kendall I had a wonderful experience with both my sales person Joseph Beneke (who went out of his way to help me get what I needed in a timely manner and resolved any issues) experience with both my sales person Joseph Beneke (who went out of his way to help me get what I needed in a timely manner and resolved any issues) and my finance manager Johann Soriano was knowledgeable, friendly, and got me through the process quickly and easily. I wasn’t a fan of the mistakes made in the service department who didn’t top off my fluids which created chaos when it seemed my coolant system must have a leak. However, Mr. Beneke was great at making the issue right and all was resolved. It was an overall good experience! More

Very bad Manager After me and my husband being a loyal Toyota customer for over 12 years and having bought between me and him 5 cars and leased 1, totaling 6 car After me and my husband being a loyal Toyota customer for over 12 years and having bought between me and him 5 cars and leased 1, totaling 6 cars which means 2 cars per year and due to the very bad attention I received from your Sales Manager Mr. Rafael Ante from Kendall Toyotal I had to change dealership and buy a Hyunday. When the lease of my last Camry was about to expire and went as I always do to Kendall Toyota decided to change it for a Highlander , but Mr. Ante did not make the least effort to help me and when I told him that this would be the seventh car in twelve years that bought to Toyota, Mr. Ante despicable manner answered me that’s OK "TOYOTA is grateful for that”. At that moment we got up from our chairs and decided not to return to this dealer anymore. I think that if Kendall Toyota and Toyota are happy having managers like this who mistreat their customers, it is because they are definitely not interested in maintaining them.
