My experience with Kendall I had the distinct pleasure of buying a truck here last week. I realize the world pleasure is not often associated with car dealers, especially used c I had the distinct pleasure of buying a truck here last week. I realize the world pleasure is not often associated with car dealers, especially used car dealers, yet my use of the word was intentional, and for one specific reason. Brandon (My salesman) subverted every expectation and stereotype I had about car salesmen. He was professional, courteous, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He was never pushy, or dishonest. He let me make my own decisions at the rate I wanted to. Yet whenever I needed him, or had a question, he was there without hesitation. But more than any of that, he was truly interested in what I had to say. He listened to me, to my needs and requests, and he created a dialog with me that I have never really seen in the sales industry before. He put up with my mundane requests, and never complained. He never criticized me or tried to stop me from taking my vehicle to an independent mechanic to check it for issues. (Although because of him I know honestly trust Kendall to where I wouldn't feel the need to bring it to an independent mechanic in the in the future.) When bank issues (not related to the dealership) on my end forced the sale to span into Thursday and Friday, (Brandon's weekend) he was ever present ready to give up his days off in order to help me get finalized. Because Brandon actually cared, I now have an excellent truck that I love, and a positive experience to remember the purchase by. I am extremely impressed with Kendall, and I wholeheartedly recommend it (And Brandon) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. They simply can't be beat. More
