Got it done quickly I flew in from GA to buy my daughter a car that is a student of the University of Miami. It was on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019. Atmosphere and customer service The customer service is horrible, the airing area is like been in a flea market, there is manners and not education at all. The salesman are vulgar an the women working in there is like prostitution place in high class. It is not the same as used to be a year ago. I understand that is under construction but it not the motive. I think the worst thing Toyota did is adding the cafeteria where the financial area / waiting time is. I am Latin but the salesman are not polite I really had a bad impression of Toyota today and I was not th only one. The language is another reason it was an American old couple and the agent that assisted ten insisted in talking in Spanish when their language was not Spanish. Come on what is going on we have to respect, As I said Toyota managers have to do something today was like been in a flea market in a bad and uneducated area. More
