A team of lying crooks! Don’t give them a cent! Got an offer through TrueCar.com/KBB from them to purchase my car pending appointment for physical inspection. Called made appointment and brought car Got an offer through TrueCar.com/KBB from them to purchase my car pending appointment for physical inspection. Called made appointment and brought car in for inspection. They made a lower offer then presented online but I accepted. Got a signed bill of sale. They took my tittle, keys and made me take all my things from the truck. Told me to return tomorrow am for the check. Rented a car to drive home. Next day was told they were still waiting on accounting to sign the check. After several phone calls and getting told checks not ready needs a signature. I was told that after further inspection they found a crack on my dash. This crack was sun related very minor and cosmetic only and not hidden. They then changed their offer by $ 2,000 saying the damage was hidden and used the hidden damage clause in bill of sale. It was not hidden! And cost of new dash cap is $156 and not needed. Crack was on dash by passenger side and visible. Horrible sales tactic and a waste of my time and money! Made me rent a car while they played games to try and make me lower agreed sales price. Don't trust these lying fraudsters will waste your time and try and cheat you! Cristino Montero was the name of the rep I dealt with. More
