The Dealership is not what it used to be I would like to start by saying, this was my personal experience, it does not mean that it could be yours. on 10/30/2018 i went to the Kendall Toyota I would like to start by saying, this was my personal experience, it does not mean that it could be yours. on 10/30/2018 i went to the Kendall Toyota on US1 Dealership, i had bought here before, in 2007 FJ Blue, my wife in 2012 a Red Corolla, my Father 2008 Lexus Es Red all throughout various year. i was not new to Kendall Toyota. During the past 2 weeks i did my diligence researching cars on a Auto Trader, always believing that good Custom Service and a Knowledgeable Team s will help and Guide you through the Sale, correctly answer all questions and most important point out the Features in The Vehicle, even if you don't ask, and Leave with Keys and a smile. This was not my Case. I hope Management takes time to research this incident and makes the proper corrections as this would help with customer retention. On 10/31/2018 i had my Financing with my Local Credit Union great Interest Rate and narrowed down to what i thought was the correct Vehicle ( If i could post the Pic i would ) all I needed was a price, once agreed, get a Buyers order submit to the Credit Union and they would issue a Draft. Once the price was negotiated , i asked for my Buyers Order sales man said sure no problem, then he said you know we work with a lot of banks we could probably get you a lower rate, i told him my credit is 680, you wont be able to get a better rate, but ok try however today is my 85 year Mother Birthday and don't have much time. i got there a 4pm it was 7:45 Pm, when i had enough, i could not wait any longer, give my keys i want to leave, forget Buyers Order , and then suddenly the Sales Man brought it. Needless to say i missed my Mothers 85 Birthday, just so they can push the sale, I will never get that time back. The next day 10/31/2018 i submitted the paperwork at the Credit Union on 11/1/2018, issued the Draft. On 11/1/2018 went to pickup my Truck Tundra 2014 with TRD Markings. The 2014 Tundra had TRD Markings and at no other time i was informed that it was not. I expected a Tundra TRD, with a v8 5.7 it was not. No Key Fob 1st Flag Key Machine Plastic Key holder indicated 2wd Tundra 2014 v6 2nd Flag when i question the Sales Man, his response was do you like the Truck, and you didn't ask. Pathetic excuse at best. Miami has a lot of Dealer Ships and a retuning Customer is hard to find, with my Draft in Hand i was ready to buy but now I will search and Perchase from another Dealer.
