I have had one of the worst experiences with a dealers service department. First off, I bought a 2007 GMC Sierra in July 2013 that was sold to me with new rims the dealership included to help improve the service department. First off, I bought a 2007 GMC Sierra in July 2013 that was sold to me with new rims the dealership included to help improve the look. However, when I took this vehicle in the day after I bought it to MIDAS, they noticed the center hub cap piece broken. Not only that, I was sold the truck with worn front and rear brake rotors, a hub assembly that needed immediate replacement, an A/C belt that was cracked, and tires that were very worn and needed immediate replacement. I was thankfully taken care of by Travis, the used card manager that took care of getting these things fixed. However, I took my truck in for the second time (this time to replace hub cap since they needed to order 4 new ones) and it took 3 hours to replace hub caps! I had an appt. at 230pm and my truck didn't even get onto a lift until 440pm. Not only did that tick me off, but then I just took in my truck to get new tires put on and 1 of 2 things occured. 1, either the service rep that worked on my vehicle broke one of the tire rods on one my wheels, or he was not paying attention at all and didn't catch it. Either way, this was poor service and it has been an on going issue with Kendalls service department. Overall, my original buying experience was great but the fact these vehicle was up for sale with all the issues they had only makes me think Kendall Toyota does not care about the safety of its customers. Be very careful if you buy a used vehicle from this dealer and be sure to get it fully inspected by at least 2 mechanics! More
The customer service I received from the consultants were great. I enjoyed working with Alex and his manager Jamie. I was able to get a brand new Rav4 even with so so credit. Tim was very friendly and pleasant to negotiate with. They were willing ot negotiate "hard" without taking offense and there was more flexibility on price than I expected. The car was detailed and delivered with a full tank of gas. It was a "loaner" car so I assume it had floormats but they were not included. Bad on me for not making sure. We concluded the deal later in the evening and they could not find the second set of keys but true to his word, Tim located them the next day and called me. All in all, the best dealership experience I have ever had. More
I bought my car from this dealership 8 months ago. When I came back to trade-in my car for a newer model I was stunned with the insincerity I found. He got me to the point where he thought I would never say NO. I thought dealing with DEREK again was the best idea but I was very very very wrong. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. A very personable young man who made buying a car enjoyable. Julie was awesome. She could answer every question I had. A very pleasant person who I would have to guess is one of the top employees in your company. She truly does want the customer to be happy and is very good at explaining the additional options that takes away the idea that this is just another way for the dealer to make money. I have been in sales my entire career and she is great at her job. I really wasn't going to purchase anything extra, and she not only sold it, but made me happy about purchasing it. I had three other local dealers that I had visited first and spoke with one other from the Seattle area. All happened to call me while I was at Kendall closing the deal and I let them know that I had just bought a vehicle from Kendall and it was a great experience. All they could say was thank you! More
I was very pleased with the customer service and attention to my needs as a new buyer. Both Brian and Tony were upbeat, friendly, professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions to my sat attention to my needs as a new buyer. Both Brian and Tony were upbeat, friendly, professional, efficient, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. They were also flexible in accommodating me, which I really appreciated, considering I had to travel during winter from Homer (approx. 500 RT). Brian went beyond the call of duty in seeing to it that he had time for me when I arrive a whole day earlier than my appointment in order to beat the weather. I was somewhat disappointed by inaccurate information provided by their sales coordinator (Chris) who responded to my initial online inquiry and put me in touch with Sales. This resulted in some confusion, extra time, and a requote at a higher price (different vehicle). Nevertheless, my overall experience, and end result (purchase of a new 2012 RAV4) was extremely positive and I am now the happy owner of a new vehicle, which I feel that I acquired at a very fair price! I would definitely recommend Kendall Toyota, and especially Brian and Tony for their professionalism and genuine interest in the satisfaction of their customers. More

Kendall staff provided excellent customer service, starting with a simple email to the company. I had sent an email and placed a call to another company in town and that was over two weeks ago, and I starting with a simple email to the company. I had sent an email and placed a call to another company in town and that was over two weeks ago, and I still have not received a response. Too bad for them, great for Kendall. This is the first Toyota I've owned ... looking forward to the Toyota experience. More
