Sales Gavin Loftis is a complete liar. I sent my application over for vehicle I email to see if he received it yes but didn't bother to let me know thru email when asked. We had a terrible experience with this dealership today. When we arrived to pick up the truck the sales manager DEAN informed us over the phone "We got really busy and the Ranger sold sorry" - although the dealership was able to call 2-3 time to arrange the sale, they did not show the most basic customer service by even calling us to let us know not to come pick up the truck.
