Dropped my truck off the night before, I let the them know that I have an appointment for 2pm the next day and they took my keys and told me they would let me know when it was done. Got a phone call at 1 know that I have an appointment for 2pm the next day and they took my keys and told me they would let me know when it was done. Got a phone call at 10am letting me know it was ready for pickup. Exceeded my expectations. Great service all around. I am a service advisor myself for a different dealer so I have high expectations and they went above and beyond. Love my Tacoma and love Kenny Kent Toyotas service department! More

We’ve never had an issue with any of our (4) Toyota vehicles so I can’t attest to The service department employees are always friendly and courteous.
