On my first visit:Being charged for something I shouldn't be charged for. He made it right in the end. Second visit he told me my vehicle was done. So I paid and he handed me someone else's key fob. He quest be charged for. He made it right in the end. Second visit he told me my vehicle was done. So I paid and he handed me someone else's key fob. He questioned me about it and I told him again it wasn't mine. He finally believed me and my vehicle wasn't anywhere near done. It took another hour before it was finished. I think maybe Marcus needs to pay a little more attention to what is going on. More

I've never had an issue with service until yesterday. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change. The service advisor, Marcus was completely rude when I questioned why I was being charged for a service th It took over 2 hours to get an oil change. The service advisor, Marcus was completely rude when I questioned why I was being charged for a service that I didn't approve of. He made a comment that no one wants to pay for anything. He was completely hateful. I dont know why it gives you the option to choose an advisor if its going to give you whoever they want to. More
