I’m an out of state first time customer. My car suddenly broke down in Indiana. It is a Toyota so I looked up places for information to help me. I was connected to Brandon. He explained the process to me of getting my vehicle towed to the dealership.He kept contact with me from beginning of finding out the problem. To having it repaired. Contacted me when service was complete and pick up. I am very thankful for his help, patience and knowledge. He made a scary situation very easy for me. Brandon is an asset to your dealership. Also very nice lady waited on me in billing.
