First service My service was scheduled for 2PM Friday 01/05/2018. I arrived about 20 minutes early, they were very prompt and took my vehicle in early. They explain My service was scheduled for 2PM Friday 01/05/2018. I arrived about 20 minutes early, they were very prompt and took my vehicle in early. They explained all the service that was performed. The service was performed in a timely manner. While waiting for the service to be performed we were in the lounge. I was charging my cell phone at a charging station provided by the dealer. When we were told our vehicle was finished, we left after the service manager advised us what had been performed. After travelling a few miles from the dealership I realized I had left my cell phone in the lounge. My wife called the service department and a lady answered. We told her our problem and she immediately went to the lounge and retrieved my phone. I was so happy for the out come, it could have been disastrous for me if someone had found the phone before she found it and brought it back to the service office. I appreciate her drooping everything and getting to the lounge as soon as possible. More
