Warranty was covering my scheduled oil change. The previous time I was at Kenny Kent, only thing done was a tire rotation, no oil change. Apparently someone entered false or misleading information, stating that my oil was changed.. I don't really know, because EVERY time I go to Kenny Kent there's a problem or question about my service, and what's supposed to be done. But I digress, Marcus told me my charge would be $70, I told him it would be free, since I didn't get my oil changed the last time I was there, He told my according to whatever information was in his computer screen, my oil change wasn't due yet. I explained to him what happened the last time I was there. He then pick up the phone and said he would have to verify what I said, because HE wasn't going to pay for my oil change, i told him I wasn't asking him to pay for my oil change, he then said 'well the people that don't pay their bills, the money comes out of his pocket' I told I PAY my bills, I wasn't trying to get him to pay my bill! He was confrontational , and acted like having to deal with me was a huge problem. After his phone call, he then told me the only thing that would be covered was an oil change, not a tire rotation. I told him I didn't NEED or WANT a tire rotation, as I had just purchased new tires. This isn't the first time I've had a problem there, but this time was the straw that broke the camel's back. I love my car, but I will never recommend Kenny Kent to anyone in the market for purchasing a new car. More
