Bought 2 cars there and Toyota did all my service work. It's taken longer and longer and staff doesn't seem to think it's a problem. There are lots of other places to go for service. I won't be back. On my first visit:Being charged for something I shouldn't be charged for. He made it right in the end. Second visit he told me my vehicle was done. So I paid and he handed me someone else's key fob. He quest be charged for. He made it right in the end. Second visit he told me my vehicle was done. So I paid and he handed me someone else's key fob. He questioned me about it and I told him again it wasn't mine. He finally believed me and my vehicle wasn't anywhere near done. It took another hour before it was finished. I think maybe Marcus needs to pay a little more attention to what is going on. More
