I was brought into the dealership by a maiing that told me they wanted my trade and would give me top dollar for it, which they actually did. They held the truck for me for over a week, and went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a car salesment to get the deal together. Tim worked with me when Mark wasn't available and he actually handled my test drive and delivery of the new truck. My husband and i are both college students so neither of us had much credit to our names. We origanally went to other dealerships to try and trade in our car, but nobody could help us. Drew was by far the best salesman I've ever worked with. I came to the lot originally just to scope out the F-150 Raptor that they had on the lot. I was greeted by Drew, whom I could tell from the very get go knew his stuff. He went over the truck, top to bottom, front to back, and I knew that I had to have this truck. We eventually came to agreeable terms and I happily drove away owning a rare truck. I've previously owned Cadillacs, I currently own a BMW, but I have to say, Ford has really outdone themselves! As for Drew, I will be seeing him again soon, he was the man and I hope to see him as a manager of sorts one day, because he really is what a car salesman should be. Knowledgable. Passionate. Mark and Jarrod provided me with outstanding service. I was having my car inspected and had time to spare. I had not intended to buy a new car since the car I was driving was only three years old and in great condition. I decided to browse the lot. Ryan cam had not intended to buy a new car since the car I was driving was only three years old and in great condition. I decided to browse the lot. Ryan came out and asked if I needed assistance. He began showing me some of the 2012's and fully explained all of the different features.He encouraged me to take a test drive. The moment I began to drive the car which I eventually bought, I felt so comfortable I knew it had to be mine. I told the amount I was willing to pay. Ryan and the team worked hard to match my figure and I left with my new car. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Ryan even bought me lunch while I was waiting. The trade in was great and the price I paid was fantastic. From prior experience I knew the service department was wonderful. I bought my previous car at another Ford dealership but will only go to Kenny Ross from now on. More
