I went into the dealership for a test drive, was greeted right away. The salesman, George Schmigel, was busy with another customer, therefore he had another take me on a test drive. He was a brand new salesman, he was not even trained yet on the Ford models, but he was very helpful and informative. He stated that he had to go through an in depth training program for 2 weeks to learn about all the vehicles and programs. John remained with me and we talked until George was available.
