Unprofessional and Costly. I first dropped off my vehicle 23 days ago to have a quarter panel and front grille worked on. I was given a date to come pick up my car and then it s I first dropped off my vehicle 23 days ago to have a quarter panel and front grille worked on. I was given a date to come pick up my car and then it started to get pushed back, which I understand body work sometimes takes a little longer. After 2 weeks they finished the quarter panel and Grille. From there it went in for simple Mods. An exhaust, clip on taillight tint, clip on headlight tint, an interior footwell lighting system, tires, rims, and LED accent vent lights. I’m On day 23 without having my car returned and the only thing accomplished was the bodywork, wheels, rims and Side louvers. I was told 3 times on 3 separate days that my car would be finished the very next day, only to be called back for them to say it’s going to be another day. I showed up to pick my car up and left with more than half the items I gave them to install right back in my car. 23 days and this is all they accomplished. I feel this was handled unprofessionally. I specifically dealt with Phil Novak the service manager. If your alright with slow work and a costly price then south hills Kenny Ross is the place for you! More

Contacted dealership when the ad for the car was posted, and Benjamin Aul - responded first thing the next morning. He confirmed the Jeep was available and I told him I want to buy it. (I have this all in text). He said there are a few people coming in that day that we’re also interested. I told him I will buy it over the phone but I just want to see pictures, I also explained that I didn’t want it sold out from under me since I was first to have the opportunity. Benjamin said he understood. Then he sent 3 pictures that were barely of the car, so I asked for more pictures. He responded saying he will take better ones. Then I never heard back. So 2 hours later I asked for a manager, Jacob and Chris I believe, one of them answered the phone and said “is this about the Jeep?” I said, yes it is. He said “it’s already been sold”. I asked how that was possible since I was technically first and offered to buy it. He said sorry, Benjamin worked a deal with someone else in person so now you’re second. I said that isn’t fair and the other person should technically be second. He said he agreed but that’s just the way it is. I asked for them to sell it to me and he said that would need to be approved by the GM. Then, he said he’d talk to the GM and get back to me and guess what?! HE NEVER CALLED BACK!! This is completely deceptive and underhanded. The way they handled the situation was xxxx poor and they took no regard for my intentions or ability to buy. They treated me like garbage and left me out to dry, even they knew they were wrong and I was 1st. Benjamin and I corispinded via text and I have the messages. This dealership sucks and I will make it my mission to share how horribly I was treated!! More

So much for the introduction, went pick-up shopping about four months ago, thought I found a deal on a Ford Raptor at Kenny Ross South, bargained for a few hours at their location, and was going to leave and a superior employee said if I give you 10,000. off would you buy it today, right now, keep in mind this is a $70000 vehicle, seemed to them it was a challenge to sell two Raptors the same day, thought about it and reluctantly said yes, if it were not for the discount I would not of bought it, I would of left. I signed all the paper work, brought all the paper work home, and filed it without checking it, no one does this without reviewing it, but I did, mistake, but I did. Several months passed by, was reviewing my payments, realized my total amount financed was the same as the sticker price of the vehicle, also could not find the $10000.00 discount anywhere , I also traded in a 2015 Dodge Ram, nice condition, something is just wrong. Called the finance bank, verified the original loan, called Kenny Ross, and somehow they just can’t remember the person’s name that gave the discount, they just can’t remember of that being said, would think with just a little research this person could be found quite easily, , fact being you just don’t forget deals like this one, especially with the type vehicle and the cost of it , your call where to place the blame, but is this who you want for your neighbor, the guy that sets at you dinner table on invite occasionally, the company that you put your trust in your vehicle you drive your family across the highway in, also your call ! A lesson learnt a long time ago, just become complacent, very costly mistake, be sure you don’t make the same mistake at Kenny Ross South. Ethics, character, is not to be taken for granted at Kenny Ross South, just not existent, when disputing this issue with a individual up there, was ask by them , did you sign it? Is what you are dealing with at Kenny Ross South. Beware! More

Service Department Took my Subaru in for first oil change and PA inspection. I was entitled to free inspection under their policy. I had 4500 miles in the last 13 months so no emissions inspection required. They charged me for all three and I had to call each one individually to the reps attention (three reprints of the invoice). I had detailed my car the day before including fresh wax. No need to run it through the wash and leave it spotted, but they did. Their complimentary fluid check included overfilling my coolant by about a quart, which is now on my garage floor. More

My sales person was Steve, who I found to be kind and easy to work with. I was given the time and space to consider my options when needed. In meeting with Wendy, the financial consultant, I felt respected when I was not inclined toward warranty options. I like my car and would definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future. More

I talked about the warranty but the service guy never listen to me about the warranty. She always made me feel that I was bothering her and wanted the conversation to be over quickly with no questions. My exhaust system is now in need of repair and it was fine when I initially brought my truck in. My truck was in need of parts for an oil leak. I have an extended warranty which covered the service. I spoke to her Supervisor who advised that my exhaust system was rusted when I just bought the vehicle and there was no rust. This was a bad customer experience that I would not wish on anyone and I will not be recommending your services in the future. Thank you More
