They kept me posted on the car's title (it came in from Canada), worked with me on financing, and were even able to beat the financing rate USAA gave me. And when I was getting in the car to drive it off the lot, we noticed a mark in the leather (of a used care) and they were quick to volunteer to have it fixed, free of charge. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and timely in their communication. More
