Perfectly Pleasant Entered the dealership and was welcomed by Frank. Explained that I was interested in the Escape and the Edge. Two were on the show room floor so I c Entered the dealership and was welcomed by Frank. Explained that I was interested in the Escape and the Edge. Two were on the show room floor so I could easily compare some of the things that were important to me. As I pulled out my tape measure and started measuring Frank didn't run away so I knew he would be my salesman. Following my measurement I felt the Edge was the one for me. Frank offered a test drive for both and as we went he thoroughly explained many of the features of the vehicle. Driving the Edge was like driving a Cadillac smooth and comfortable. I didn't even think I needed to drive the Escape but Frank suggested we did so I had a true comparison. It was best that we did or I would have always wondered....Decision made for the Edge. Frank worked up a price and I needed to sleep on it. Called three other dealerships and Franks price was reasonable. A few days passed as I called Frank daily with a question or two and request for color change for interior. Frank was never pushy or impatient with my questions/concerns. Always polite and profession. I ended up with a beautiful Ford Edge that I hope to have 13 years or more like I did my Ford Explorer, which I LOVED. I would definitely send friends/family to Frank. More
