Made me feel welcome and comfortable. My 11 year old car was well past retirement. Time for Inspection and the car decided it was time to call it quits. I, in the most way, did not want to go car shopping. Mostly because I felt I would not be able to find a car that I could afford. I wanted another Ford, so I went to the nearest Ford Dealer to my house. That Dealer is Kenny Ross South. I walked in the Dealership and was greeted by a Salesman, Jack Walsh. He took time out and put everything aside to take care of me. A quick interview was conducted to determine what I was trying to accomplish. I filled out a short application and Jack picked out a car that met my needs. Jack did a terrific job, because I instantly fell in love with the car. Went for a short test drive. Then was taken to the Finance Guy. It was a 5 hour visit. But it probably could have been shorter but I felt so comfortable that I was overly talkative, like talking with family and friends. Happy, happy, happy!!!!!. More
