A little over a week ago I purchased a 2015 F-150 from John and I can't begin to put into words how he made the whole buying experience a pleasure. John kept me in the loop completely, in fact, we began the communication/buying process via email while I was out of town on business. I found him to be honest, open and genuine during the entire buying process, especially when we hit a hiccup. I read one of the other reviews and the person stated I could have bought this car anywhere but I chose to buy it here and that was entirely because of John. We went for a test drive and while we were out, I asked John a question about something (what isn't important) and he immediately said I'm not sure but I'll get the answer for you, NO LIES, NO xx and he did get the answer. If more sales people were like John buying a car wouldn't be like having a root canal or hemorroidectomy. We live close to the airport so there are dealerships much closer (one is about five miles away) but I've decided that when I'm am in the market for a new automobile I will be contacting John. Thanks John for a job well done and keep up the good, no great work. More
