State inspection Brought the car in for a state inspection and not only did they complete that cheaper than I was expecting, but they also took care of a recall issue Brought the car in for a state inspection and not only did they complete that cheaper than I was expecting, but they also took care of a recall issue that I had been putting off and still finished everything before I got off work so was able to pick the car up on my way home. Matt kept me informed of all the work needed and offered choices to hold down the cost as well as a time estimate on when it could be completed. Would definitely go back for service in the future. More

Thanks Nate Reale I was not pleased with the service. .I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. My wife was there 2 hours and forty minutes. When I go I was not pleased with the service. .I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. My wife was there 2 hours and forty minutes. When I got home and checked things out I noticed that the tires had not been rotated and the oil life meter was not reset. I called and I spoke with Nate. He told me to bring the truck back and he would give me a loaner for the night while the repairs were fixed. When I got there I met Nate and he said if we had time the repairs would be fixed immediately. We took a loaner to dinner and when we returned the vehicle was ready. I changed my service from Woltz and Wind because of similar errors. However, I was not treated the same. That's why I switched to Kenny Ross and thought immediately here we go again. Nate made the difference. He did apologize for the 2 1/2 hour wait and the service not being completed, but as far as I'm concerned, Nate went above that. He saw to it that the truck was fixed and handled the whole situation very professionally. He also, for our troubles, insisted on buying our dinner. That's the kind of service expect from a dealership. Nate is the reason I will choose Kenny Ross from here on out. Thanks Nate Sincerely, Bill Deeds More

Unprofessional and Costly. I first dropped off my vehicle 23 days ago to have a quarter panel and front grille worked on. I was given a date to come pick up my car and then it s I first dropped off my vehicle 23 days ago to have a quarter panel and front grille worked on. I was given a date to come pick up my car and then it started to get pushed back, which I understand body work sometimes takes a little longer. After 2 weeks they finished the quarter panel and Grille. From there it went in for simple Mods. An exhaust, clip on taillight tint, clip on headlight tint, an interior footwell lighting system, tires, rims, and LED accent vent lights. I’m On day 23 without having my car returned and the only thing accomplished was the bodywork, wheels, rims and Side louvers. I was told 3 times on 3 separate days that my car would be finished the very next day, only to be called back for them to say it’s going to be another day. I showed up to pick my car up and left with more than half the items I gave them to install right back in my car. 23 days and this is all they accomplished. I feel this was handled unprofessionally. I specifically dealt with Phil Novak the service manager. If your alright with slow work and a costly price then south hills Kenny Ross is the place for you! More

Service Department Took my Subaru in for first oil change and PA inspection. I was entitled to free inspection under their policy. I had 4500 miles in the last 13 months so no emissions inspection required. They charged me for all three and I had to call each one individually to the reps attention (three reprints of the invoice). I had detailed my car the day before including fresh wax. No need to run it through the wash and leave it spotted, but they did. Their complimentary fluid check included overfilling my coolant by about a quart, which is now on my garage floor. More

Customer Service I brought my suv in for service, Paula Mooney was my service tech. She has no people skills at all and she advised me that my truck would need additi I brought my suv in for service, Paula Mooney was my service tech. She has no people skills at all and she advised me that my truck would need additional service however she offered no other explanation. She always made me feel that I was bothering her and wanted the conversation to be over quickly with no questions. My exhaust system is now in need of repair and it was fine when I initially brought my truck in. My truck was in need of parts for an oil leak. I have an extended warranty which covered the service. I spoke to her Supervisor who advised that my exhaust system was rusted when I just bought the vehicle and there was no rust. This was a bad customer experience that I would not wish on anyone and I will not be recommending your services in the future. Thank you More

Truly the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The service department is the worst. They don't schedule your appointments correctly over the phone or listen to you when you give them a cell phone The service department is the worst. They don't schedule your appointments correctly over the phone or listen to you when you give them a cell phone number instead of the home number for you they have on file. They run out of envelopes when you drop it off the night before. Then the service adviser, Rob, blames all their mistakes on you and offers nothing to make it right, even though they were open for 4 more hours and all you needed done was a state inspection and emission on a 2 year old car with 13,000 miles. I had to call the service manager who apologized, but still didn't offer to make it right before I picked up the car. I would have had to bring it back, which is a huge inconvenience for a single person who doesn't live near the dealership. When I picked up the car, they didn't have my insurance and registration with the paperwork and keys at the cashier. I didn't notice until I got to my car. I checked my glovebox and didn't see them in there. I went back and another rude service adviser, named Chris, asked me twice if I checked the glove box because "that where we put them" and said abruptly when he was done another customer, he would go out and search my car for them. I angrily left and tore apart my glovebox and found them stuffed in the back with a bunch of napkins. Again, he implied that this was my fault for not searching hard enough or that I should have magically known that their best practice is to hide your important papers in your glovebox instead of keep them with your other paperwork and keys, like all other dealerships and garages that I have been to. They have the worst customer service skills, terrible best practices for handling paperwork and their service advisers escalate problems and blame the customers for the faults of the dealership. I have never left a garage or dealership so angry. It was like I was in a bizarre alternate universe. More
