I purchased a new Mazda 3 hatchback with Dana at North Huntington Pa. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and personable, she even found the umbrella under the front seat of my trade-in that I could n Huntington Pa. I would recommend friends or family looking for a Mazda to try to work with her. Also, Chance, the "money guy" was easy to work with. He made spending thousands of dollars not so pain full. I highly recommend. I was driving to a medical appointment early Wednesday and suddenly had a check engine light show on my Mazda. I called Cochran Mazda, where I got it I was driving to a medical appointment early Wednesday and suddenly had a check engine light show on my Mazda. I called Cochran Mazda, where I got it from, and they either would not or could not schedule me for a month just to diagnose the issue. I decided to Call Kenny Ross Mazda, since I was in their area for the doctor appointment. What a difference! They scheduled me in that same day at 1:30 to diagnose, determined it was a faulty thermostat, ordered the part (which already arrived the following morning) and got me scheduled in for the repair Friday morning. An excellent experience. I will be dealing with Kenny Ross moving forward. This is the way service should be! More

After a tragedy in my family, found myself needing to purchase a new car during a very difficult and emotional time. my daughters both have Mazdas and encouraged me to get one as well. I had visited another dealer first, but they didnt have the car i was looking for. Jeff and Rafael were incredibly kind patient and understanding. They worked with me to find the right Mazda and helped me make a fair deal with out any pressure. Their professionalism and compassion made the experience much easier then I expected. I am grateful for their help and recommend them to anyone looking for a Mazda and a good buying experience! Rafael even put my eye glasses in the holder ...realized this as I was driving away in my new cx5. More
