Needed replacement inspection stickers. Tracy Schultz was able to fit me in without having an appointment with not too long a wait. Everything was good until there was deceptive sales tactics and my trust was broken. The sales agent asked me to initial a form and sign without explaining there was an added material/fabric/paint cove tactics and my trust was broken. The sales agent asked me to initial a form and sign without explaining there was an added material/fabric/paint coverage added. Then during financing (with 50% down!) they said “well isn’t this your initials here?”. I almost walked out. I’m in sales and I would NEVER do that to a valued customer. It was very clear they were using a predictable deceptive sales tactic. It really left a bad impression. It made me question if I would ever buy there again. Again, I almost had to walk out. When a dealership acts like they have the upper hand, I don’t appreciate it and financially I absolutely don’t need to tolerate it. More
